The General Terms and Conditions are fair and have been drawn up in cooperation with the Consumers’ Association.

It is clear what is included in the lease price. The lease agreement includes maintenance, repairs, insurance, breakdown assistance, replacement transport and road tax.

What is the delivery time of a Private Lease MINI?
This depends on several factors. As soon as the agreement is signed and the reflection period has expired, the car will be ordered. The delivery time can vary from 1 to about 12 weeks. This is an indication and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Ask one of the Van Poelgeest professionals for the current delivery times.
Can I have a testdrive first?
Of course. You are most welcome at Van Poelgeest for this. Please indicate with your request that you would like to have a test drive first so that you can experience the car for yourself.
What do you get for the MINI lease fee?
At Van Poelgeest MINI you pay one lease fee every month. This entitles you to drive the car the chosen number of kilometres per year.
- Service and maintenance
- Van Poelgeest ensures that the car has liability insurance and bears the hull risk (with a maximum personal contribution of €450 per non-claimable damage)
- Damage repair and glass repair is included (in case of glass replacement, a personal contribution may apply)
- Standard replacement transport after 24 hours in the event of damage
- Passenger damage insurance
- Vehicle tax (road tax)
- Tyre replacement (with normal use)
